Welcome to Jumping Bird (the “Game”), developed and operated by shunyom (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
The Game is intended for a mixed audience, including children and adults. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility and Age
The Game may be used by children and adults, subject to applicable laws and app-store requirements.
When you first start the Game, we may ask you to provide your age or age range. This information is used to determine appropriate settings for your use of the Game, including advertising, analytics, and other features.
The age information you provide is an age declaration and is not intended to constitute identity or legal-age verification.
If you are a minor, you should use the Game with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Game.
2. User Accounts and Google Sign-In
The Game may allow you to create or access an account using Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. Google Sign-In is used to authenticate users and help create and manage Game accounts.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and access to your Google account secure.
You must not use another person's account without permission, attempt to access another user's account, provide false or misleading account information, use an account to cheat or abuse the Game, or attempt to bypass security or authentication measures.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or is reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the Game or other users.
3. Leaderboards and Scores
The Game may provide online leaderboards. Leaderboards may display information such as display name or username, game score, ranking, and achievements or other gameplay statistics.
You should not select a display name that reveals personal or sensitive information. You may not manipulate scores or rankings through cheats, bots, exploits, modified software, or other unauthorized methods.
We may remove scores, rankings, or accounts that we reasonably believe involve cheating, fraud, or abuse. Leaderboard availability and rankings are not guaranteed to be permanent or error-free.
4. Children's Safety
The Game may be used by children. We aim to provide an age-appropriate experience for users of different ages. We do not intentionally require children to provide unnecessary personal information solely to play the Game. Where applicable law or platform policy requires additional protections for children, we will apply those protections. Parents or legal guardians may contact us regarding their child's account, information, or use of the Game.
Children's Use
Jumping Bird may be played by children, but children should use the Game only with the guidance, supervision, and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the Game, including account creation, Google Sign-In, leaderboard participation, and any advertising or other interactive features.
5. Advertising
The Game may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Because the Game is intended for both children and adults, advertising treatment may differ according to the age category provided by the user and applicable requirements. Advertisements served to children or users whose age is unknown will be handled using child-appropriate treatment as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.
We do not control the content of individual third-party advertisements.
6. Analytics
The Game may use Google Analytics for Firebase (Firebase Analytics) to understand how the Game is used, improve gameplay, measure performance, and identify technical problems. Analytics may process technical information, usage information, gameplay events, and diagnostic information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. In-App Purchases
The Game offers a one-time Starter Pack through Google Play. The price shown in the Game is supplied by Google Play for your storefront. The Starter Pack contains the Golden Chick bird skin and a one-time bonus of 2,000 virtual coins. Golden Chick may also remain available through normal play for the coin price shown in the Game.
The Starter Pack uses real money and is offered only to users who declare that they are 18 or older. A user who declares an age below 18 is not shown the offer and cannot purchase it in the Game. If a user's declared age is later changed to 18 or older, the offer becomes available from that point onward. Google Play applies its own purchase authentication and any parental controls configured on the device or account.
Content is granted only after Google Play reports the purchase as completed and our service verifies it. A pending payment does not unlock content until it is completed. The permanent bird entitlement can be restored from Google Play. The 2,000-coin bonus is delivered once and is not granted again during a restore or reinstall. Refunds, cancellations, and revocations are subject to Google Play's policies and applicable law; a refunded or revoked purchase may remove the paid bird entitlement. Virtual coins and items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the Game.
8. Intellectual Property
All Game software, graphics, animations, sounds, music, characters, logos, designs, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to shunyom, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Game or its content except where expressly permitted by us or applicable law.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized software; modify Game files or code without authorization; attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted; manipulate leaderboard scores; attempt unauthorized access to accounts or Game systems; interfere with servers or online functionality; upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; or use the Game for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
The Game may use third-party services, including Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase database or cloud services, Google AdMob, Google Play services, and other technical or security services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Game Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. Accounts, leaderboards, scores, advertisements, analytics, and other online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other circumstances.
12. Disclaimer
The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, always be error-free, online services will always operate without interruption, scores or progress will never be lost, leaderboards will always be accurate or available, or the Game will operate on every device.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shunyom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from or related to the use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or access to online features if you violate these Terms, the account is used fraudulently, the Game is manipulated or abused, the account creates a security risk, or we are required to do so by law or a platform provider.
15. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Game account. The Game should provide an account-deletion option within the Game. We will also provide an external method for submitting an account-deletion request. When an account deletion request is accepted, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated through the Game or another appropriate method.
